2. Place your order and note the order number.

3. Provide delivery details when checking out.

4. Email us your design (AI file preferred for the best print quality) along with your order number to b.bloombags@gmail.com.

We’ll handle the rest! Our team will call you to confirm and collect advance payment (required for all customized orders). We don't charge extra for customized orders.

Hand wash only, inside out, with cold water. Use mild soap and wash gently to protect the fabric and print. Avoid machine washing, bleach, or soaking. Dry in shade to maintain colour vibrancy. Iron on low heat if needed, avoiding direct contact with printed areas. If the print slightly lifts after washing, heat up your iron, place a clean paper (such as baking or butter paper) over the print, and press gently to re-stick the design.

• Defective, printing mistake or issue that occurred from our end.
• Got wrong color or size.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Changed your mind after ordering.
• Didn't like the design after receiving it.

If your order falls under the eligible cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share clear photos of the issue along with your order number to help us resolve the problem quickly.
