Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes - Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. You only pay when your order arrives at your door.

How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 2 days. Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days. We use Steadfast Courier for regular delivery, and Pathao Instant is available inside Dhaka if you need it same-day.

Can I exchange if I picked the wrong size, color, or print?
Yes. Within 3 days of delivery, we'll exchange it for a different size, color, or print - you just cover the return shipping. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my bag arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
Email B.Bloombags@gmail.com or WhatsApp +8801886296004 within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it at no cost.

Why is each bag “made to order”?
Every Bloom bag is freshly DTF-printed for your specific order - not pulled from old warehouse stock. That's why the print stays vivid and the canvas feels new.

What are the bags made of?
Recycled canvas with export-quality stitching, a secure zipper closure, and an inner pocket (Square and Extended sizes also include a side bottle holder) - built to be washed and used every day. See our Wash & Care page for how to keep the print looking new.
